What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running and functional workout stations. Participants complete eight rounds of a 1 km run followed by a functional workout, totaling 8 km of running and eight workout stations.

Who can participate in HYROX?

HYROX is designed for individuals aged 16 and above, accommodating all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, HYROX offers various divisions to match your experience and goals.​

How can V2FIT help me prepare for my first HYROX event?

At V2FIT, we’ve designed the ultimate prep system for HYROX. Our TRAIN program will get you super strong. HYBRID will build your engine and push your fitness to the next level. Add in our HYROX Training Days, extra running work, and access to our dedicated HYROX programming in the V2FIT app—and you'll be more than ready for race day.

Can I try a class before committing to the program?

Absolutely! We offer a free trial for newcomers. This allows you to experience our training environment and meet our coaches before making a commitment.​ Fill in your details above to grab one of these limited trials.

Where is V2FIT located?

What should I bring to my first training session?

For your first session, bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a towel. Our facilities provide all necessary equipment for the workouts.​

Is there a specific fitness level required to join the HYROX training program?

Our training programs are designed to be scaled up, down and sideways to accommodate you. If you’re a beginner - you’re welcome. If you’re advanced, you’re welcome. Things might look a little different for each athlete, but that’s why we’re the best in the biz.
